Return Policy
We at https://psconline.in assert our intentions to delight our customers by enhancing their online shopping experience. Hence, we look forward to extending our extensive support at all times to guarantee quality of products purchased on our website.
Do you want to return a product?
You can request a return within 2 days of delivery by calling our customer service center, WhatsApping us, or emailing us at info@psconline.in. Returns only apply to products such as hard copies or books.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective/Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Returned without original packaging
- Damaged products reported after 2 days.
How do I initiate return request and what happens afterwards?
Please send an email at info@psconline.in or call our customer care or whatapp us. Return request will be reviewed by Patel Sir Classes team. After approval, we will take the product at our own cost. After the product is received, it is verified against your claim and refund is initiated.
What happens afterwards?
It may take 4 - 8 business days from the time the request is made until the product is received back to us, to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location. Please be assured that we work very hard to ensure that your interests are protected.

While we try to ship out every order that has been successfully placed with info@psconline.in, there are some situations in which we may have to cancel orders. Some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
- Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock
- Limitations on quantities available for purchase
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing or promotion information
- Inaccurate or insufficient address
At times we may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your payment has been done, the charged amount will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
